Hummus. Avocado. Olive.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g hummus
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 2 pita
  • 1 avocado
  • 5 olives
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 schallot
  • 1-2 dashes lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • chiliflakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix zest and hummus and spread on pita. Slice the avocado and add together with halved olives, tomatoes and sliced shallot on top the pita. Add some dashes of lemon juice and olive oil. Season with chili flakes.
