Egg noodles. Beef Stock. Broccoli.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml beef stock
  • 1 handful egg noodles
  • 1 handfil sprouts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • salt, pepper
  • soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil beef stock and pour over the egg noodles. As soon as noodles soften, serve with sprouts, broccoli and bell pepper. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
