Egg. Sour Cream. Pickles.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cooked eggs
  • 2 pickles
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. chopped scallion
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt, pepper
  • 5 cracker
  • sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop eggs and pickles and mix well with sour cream, scallions and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add to a jar. Top with sprouts.

Tip: cook the eggs a day before.
