Spinach. Tomato. Tofu.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp. sesam oil
  • 2 tbsp. diced tofu
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2-3 walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, Sriracha, ginger, garlic and sesame oil in a mason jar and mix well. Add tofu, tomatoes, spinach and nuts. Shake well before serving.
