Cream Cheese. Parsley. Chickpea.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pack cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. pine nuts
  • 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 tbsp. cooked chickpeas (can)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • salt, pepper
  • crisp bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cream cheese and yogurt. Add one half to a blender with parsley and pine nuts and the other with curry powder and chickpeas. Blend each well and season with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve with crisp bread.

Tip: Cooked edamame make a nice addition.
