Tomato. Pesto. Scallion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 organic stock cube
  • 150 ml pureed tomatoes
  • 1 TL green pesto
  • 1/2 scallion, chopped
  • Tabasco
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve the cube in hot water. Add tomatoes and pesto. Season to taste with Tabasco, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with scallions.
