Red Beet. Walnut. Chives.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1medium sized cooked red beet
  • 4 walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Roughly chop the beetroot and place in a food processor with the walnuts and blend until you have a course paste then add the chives, oil and vinegar and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
