Quinoa. Avocado. Champignon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp. quinoa
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/3 carrot, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare quinoa according to package instructions. Dress with soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add all ingredients in a jar. Shake well before you’ll start to eat.
