INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Croissant
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 slice ham
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp. grated horseradish
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the egg until waxy. Cut open the croissant and fill with cheese, ham and halved egg. Sprinkle with horseradish and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
