Peas. Sour Cream. Lime.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g drozen peas (defrosted)
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt, pepper
  • diced bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend peas, spinach and sour cream. Season with some nutmeg, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Boil about 200 ml water and add to the puree. Garnish with bacon and some spinach leaves.
