Salad. Kalamata. Tahini.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 heads of romaine
  • 3 halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 sliced persian cucumber
  • 1/4 cup pitted and halved Kalamta olives
  • 1 shallot, very thinly diced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. tahini
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. feta crumbles

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the salad on a plate and add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with a dressing made out of lemon juice, tahini, oil and dijon.
