INGREDIENTS

  • 4 EL cooked quinoa
  • 1 cooked red beet, diced
  • 1 tangerine, 1/2 juiced
  • 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 TL pine nuts
  • 1 EL apple cider vinegar
  • 1 EL olive oil
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Add to a mason jar together with all the other ingredients. Dress with vinegar and oil.
