Gnocchi. Arugula. Lemon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g Gnocchi (ready made)
  • 100 g white beans (canned)
  • 150 g arugula salad
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Dihon mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions and let them cool. Mix Gnocchi with beans, arugula and pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Mix a dressing with oil, mustard, salt and pepper and add to the bowl.

Tip: Ready made gnocchi only require some hot water from a water cooker.
