INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g Spirali-Pasta
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 tbsp. black olives, pitted
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt, pepper
  • mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the pasta, drain and mix in a bowl with olive oil, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with some mint leaves.

Tip: Prepare the pasta a day before and drizzle with oliveoil until you mix with the remaining ingredients the next day.
