INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices of crisp bread
  • 2 tbsp. cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped dill
  • 1 scallion
  • 150 g smoked fish
  • Salt, pepper
  • Lemon zest

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the cottage cheese on the crips bread. Mix dill and mustard. Finely chop the scallion and add on the bread together with the fish. Spread some dill-mustard on top and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle some lemon zest on it.
