INGREDIENTS

  • 3tbsp. Mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp. icing sugar
  • 1 handful mixed frozen berries
  • 1 handful Biscotti

INSTRUCTIONS

Let the berries de-frost for several minutes. Mix the Mascarpone with sugar. Crumble the Biscotti. Layer in a jar alternating between berries, Mascarpone and Biscotti crumbles.

Tip: Prepare a day ahead.
