Avocado. Glass Noodles. Tangerine.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g spinach
  • 3 tangerines
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful cooked glass noodles
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 scallion
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Sesame seeds
  • sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the washed spinach to a bowl. Arrange side-by-side the peeled tangerines, chopped scallion, avocado slices, bell pepper slices and glass noodles. Mix a dressing with orange juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Season the salad bowl and sprinkle with sprouts and sesame seeds.
