Nori. Char. Scallion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g char
  • 1/2 small shallot
  • 1/2 scallion
  • 1 tbsp. sesam seeds
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 roasted nori sheet
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sesam oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice the char and slice the shallot and scallion thinly. Crumble the nori sheet. Add all the ingredients in a mason jar. Shake well before serving the poké in a bowl.

Tip: Works with nearly any kind of raw fish.
