Miso. Glass Noodles. Spinach.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g glass noodles
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 organic miso soup cube
  • 1 scallion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp. sesam oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesam seeds
  • sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the ingredients in jar or bowl and cover with boiling water. Stir well. Cover for 5 Minutes and then enjoy.

Tip: Add some leftover meat or tofu.
