INGREDIENTS

  • 2 handfil spinach
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. cashew nuts
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 3 slices Baguette
  • Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend spinach, olive oil cashew nuts and lemon juice until smooth. Slice tomatoes. Spread the pesto on baguette and garnish with tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
