Pork. Bread. Tomato.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g pork meat
  • 2 handful old bread
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 5 small tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 small chili
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the meat and roast it. Dice the bread and soak it in olive oil and vinegar for 5 minutes.

Dice tomatoes, cucumber and celery and mix with the bread. Add chili to taste. Finally add the meat and season with salt and pepper.

Tipp: pre-cook the meat a day before.
