Carrot. Ginger. Pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g carrots (canned)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cm ginger root
  • 1 tbsp. Garam Masala
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Veggie chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain the carrots and blend them together with oil, chopped ginger and Garam Masala. Season with Salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Later add as much hot water until you have a fine consistency. Enjoy with some veggie chips.

Tip: The soup will be quite thick so you just need to pour hot water over it once you are at the office.
