Beetroot. Apple. Horseradish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 sour apple
  • 1-2 pre cooked beetroots
  • 3 tbsp. pumpkin seed oil
  • fresh horseradish
  • sprouts
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the sour cream on a plate. Wash, pit and slice the apple thinly. Slice the beetroots. Garnish the plate with slices of beetroot and apple. Drizzle with pumpkin seed oil and sprinkle with horseradish, sprouts, salt and pepper.
