Mozzarella. Orange. Pesto.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 big, ripe tomato
  • some arugula leaves
  • 1 tbsp. green pesto
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the mozzarella. Dice the tomato. Add the arugula leaves and alternate the mozzarella and tomato to a mason jar. In a bowl mix pesto, orange juice and olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the dressing into the mason jar and sprinkle with the lemon zest.

Tip: You can add a whole, diced orange as well.
