INGREDIENTS

  • 140 g corn (canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika powder
  • a dash of Cayenne pepper
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add some water incase it is too thick.
