INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g black olives, pitted
  • 50 g grated Taleggio
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • ground black pepper
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Place olives, Taleggio, olive oil and parsley in a tall jar and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
