Roast Beef. Spinach. Feta.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 small red onion
  • 3 cherry tomatoes or pickled tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. white balsam vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 handful fresh Spinach
  • 5 slices roast beef
  • some cilantro leaves
  • 1 small pice of feta cheese
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Finely slice the onion. Quarter or dice the tomatoes. For the dressing mix oil, vinegar and dijon. Place spinach, roast beef, onions, cilantro and tomatoes on a plate. Crumble the feta on top and drizzle with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
