INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g Spinach
  • 2 tbsp. hoat cheese
  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced
  • salt, pepper
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and pat dry the spinach and add it with the remaining ingredients to a tall container. Blend until smooth. Add olive oil to get a creamy texture.

Tip: Serve with slices of fresh bread.
