Mushrooms. Glass Noodles. Lemon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Button mushrooms
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 2 handfil glass noodles
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable stock paste
  • salt, pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and slice the veggies and add with the vegetable stock paste in a tall heatproof jar together with the lemon slices and glass noodles. Boil water in a water cooker or kettle and pour in the jar. Add a lid or cover with a plate and allow to infuse for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
