Ham. Egg. Cucumber.

  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp. mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 slice of Pumpernickel
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 hard boiled egg



Wash and finely dice the cucumber. Marinate with parsley and olive oil and add to a mason jar. Mix curd cheese with lime juice and mint leaves and add on top of the cucumber dices. Crumble the Pumpernickel over it and top it with the egg.

Tip: Cook the egg a night before to save time in the morning.
