Fennel. Apple. Dill.

  • 150 g fennel
  • 2 tbsp. pine nuts
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dill
  • 2ß ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • salt, pepper



Wash the fennel and apple (pitted) thoroughly and cut in fine strips. Mix with the pine nuts, chopped dill, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
