- 1/2 can (200g) white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly diced
- 1 Persian cucumber, thinly diced
- 2 tbsp. sprouts
- salt, pepper
In a medium bowl, combine the beans, oil, salt, and pepper. Roughly mash the mixture with the back of a fork. Add onions and cucumber and season to taste. Top with sprouts.
Tip: Serve with crisp bread.
