Apple. Walnut. Spinach.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 150 g spinach
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 5 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • some mint leaves


Cut the apple in half, core and cut it in thin slices. Crumble the nuts coarsely and mix in a bowl with apple slices and spinach. Mix olive oil, vinegar, mint leaves with little bit of water and drizzle over the salad.
