- 1 can of organic tuna fish (drained)
- 2 tbsp. of mayonaise
- 1 finely chopped small red onion
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. of capers, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. of dill, minced
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- salt, pepper
Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tipp: If you prefer to cut bread you can fill & roll some lettuce leaves with this dip.
