Tuna. Celery. Caper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of organic tuna fish (drained)
  • 2 tbsp. of mayonaise
  • 1 finely chopped small red onion
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. of capers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. of dill, minced
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tipp: If you prefer to cut bread you can fill & roll some lettuce leaves with this dip.
