Apple. Grape. Walnut.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 sweet apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 handful red grapes, sliced in half (or raisins)
  • 1 piece of celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 handfil chopped walnuts
  • some lettuce leaves, finely chopped
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
