Egg. Sour Cream. Chives.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs, hardboiled (6 min.)
  • 3 tbsp. Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch of ground mutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. minced chives
  • salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince the hardboiled eggs and add them to a bowl. Mix with sour cream, nutmeg and Dijon until you’ll reach a creamy consistency and add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle chives on top.

Tipp: Boil the eggs the day before.
