Melon. Mozzarella. Prosciutto.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 honeydew melon
  • 1 handful rucola
  • 6 mini mozzarella balls
  • some fresh mint
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamico
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 Slices prosciutto

INSTRUCTIONS

With a spoon scoop little balls of melon. Serve all the ingredients on a plate and dress with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
