Bread. Almonds. Grapes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large slices white bread (crusts removed, diced)
  • cold water
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • some smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • some grapes, cut in half
  • chives, for serving

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Let the bread soak a few minutes in some tbsp of water. Blend the bread, almond butter, Worcestershire sauce and paprika together. Slowly add very cold water until smooth and creamy. Add olive oil and blend another minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with grapes and chives.

Tip: You can prepare the soup a day before and store it in the fridge. Just add a bit of water and stir well before serving. Also try it with some smoked char on top.
